- The new TR Series restrictor stays employ a simple mechanism built into the stay which limits the opening. Opening the window fully is a quick and easy one handed operation for and adult.By fitting the stays in pairs the safety factor is enhanced reducing the likelihood of children being able to operate both mechanisms to open the window further.
- New-The TR216/TR201 is manufactured under the BS5750 Part 1 quality management system.When fitting,please observe BS8213 Part 1: 1991 code of pratice for safety in use and during cleaning of windows. The TR216/TR201 side hung restrictor stay can limit the opening to a maximum 100mm (4inches) on a 650mm casement window,providing a higher degree of safety particularly where children are concern. Enables you to restrict the opening to just 100mm (4”) or open the window fully.
In instances where a wide profile is used,it is recommended that the TR216/TR201 Restrictor be used to allow full operation of the stay. Automatic reset facility on the closer of the window. (Please note as with all safety devices,always test for re-engagement)The following devices must be used with TR216/TR201.
